How it works

Pick a tile. Pay in USDT.
Collect rent every month.

Four steps from opening the map to holding land on Virtualand Isle. No build, no bidding, no auction clock — the rate card is published and the grid is fixed.

The flow

1
Find a tile.

Zoom into Virtualand Isle and tap any square. The Land Terminal shows its coordinates, district, area in square metres, price and monthly rent. Held tiles show their holder and flag; open water cannot be claimed at all.

2
Take one tile, or a block.

Turn on Block select (or shift-click on a desktop) and tap a second tile to sweep out a rectangle — 4×5, 10×2, any shape up to 20 tiles — bought in a single payment. The terminal prices the block as you drag and greys out anything already spoken for.

3
Pay in USDT.

Checkout issues an order with an amount, a receiving address and a QR, on BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain) or TRC-20 (Tron). Send the exact amount and paste the transaction hash. Your tiles are reserved the moment you submit, so nobody can take them while the transfer settles.

4
Confirmation and the ledger.

Our desk verifies the transfer on-chain and confirms the order. The tiles are written to the registry under your name, appear in your portfolio, show as yours on the map, and start earning rent from that moment. Competing orders on the same tiles are voided automatically.

The grid

The island is covered by a fixed lat/long lattice with a step of 0.00003° — about 10×10 ft a side, near enough 9 m² per tile at this latitude, sized to hold roughly 100,000 tiles in total. Tiles are identified as x_y indices from a fixed origin, so a tile ID always resolves to exactly one patch of ground and never shifts.

What sets the price

Price is the base rate multiplied by the zone the tile sits in. Both are published and both are visible on every tile you inspect.

ZoneMultiplierWhy
District X×4The island's central hub — the most contested ground
Tidewatch×3Waterfront frontage along the island's channels
Highrock×2.5High ground with a view over the coast
Farmarch×1.5Open ground, room to assemble large blocks
Everywhere else×1Base rate

The live base rate is per tile. Multipliers apply to rent as well as to price, so a premium tile earns proportionally more.

Rent

Every tile you hold pays 1% of its purchase price per month, accruing continuously from the moment the claim is confirmed. Claim it whenever you like — the details are on the Earnings page.

Questions people actually ask

Do I own the real land?

No. A VirtualandX tile is an entry in a virtual registry. It carries no title, no access rights and no interest in the physical property beneath it.

What happens if two people want the same tile?

First confirmed payment wins. A pending order reserves its tiles, and when one order confirms, every rival order touching those tiles is rejected automatically.

Can I buy a whole district?

One order covers up to 20 tiles, but nothing stops you placing order after order. Large holdings are assembled block by block.

Why does my payment need manual confirmation?

Because we verify the transfer on-chain against the order before anything is written to the registry. It is the same check a settlement desk would run, and it protects the buyer as much as us.

Can I sell a tile?

Holder-to-holder transfer is the next thing we are building. Today the tape shows resales as they clear on our desk; a self-serve marketplace follows.

VirtualandX land is a virtual registry entry and confers no rights over physical property. Market activity shown in the tape and occupancy shown on the map include demonstration data alongside real orders.
